Hello, After installing Windows 10, my addons no longer update through the Curse Client, nor do I get notifications of updates for addons. I also noticed that when the client is loading, under "Windows Firewall" I get an error that reads "failed to complete correctly". Thanks, Sanish When I did the Win 10 upgrade the Curse client didn't load with Windows on restart.
After searching I found that I am supposed to turn off/on the . I loaded it manually from the hard drive and it works OK now.
It doesn't detect any of my games or update my addons, it's just a waste of space trying to get me to join in on the kappa cancer. It is still in beta, so I will have to see how it works. Twitch is not sorting my addons by status any more either, so I have been looking through the list top to bottom daily for the last few days. I refuse to install twitch under any circumstance (been playing with outdated add-ons) I'm going to check on the minion site but does anyone know if wow matrix is any good? Now I just have to wait for the app to do its avalanche of updates every few weeks. It feels like bloatware, although I still use it in hopes one day they’ll fix [email protected] you’re pretty much proof that misery loves company.
Is there any source to download the old school curse client that simply did it's job of updating addons, without all the streaming B. I have probably 50 addons that get updates monthly, I don't want to have to make dozens of searches on curse checking every month. Twitch is not sorting my addons by status any more either, so I have been looking through the list top to bottom daily for the last few days. Twitch has stopped updating my addons even though the settings are correct. Curse was great and all, until it kept freezing up on me for 0 reason at all - ushering me to install twitch since that's who they sold out to.
So I will also open it just once a day and check if there are updates and then close it again.
I have it open to the addon page so I do not need to see the rest.
GTFO provides an audible alert when you're standing in something you're not supposed to be standing in.
In some cases, you'll be warned before you start taking damage.
A word of caution: the damage amount displayed on GTFO Alerts may not be fully indicative of the total damage done, especially with fail alerts. Blizzard made a lot of API changes this expansion that broke the addon.I'm sorry to bother you, I'm sure you are very busy. But, is there any word on a fix for not being able to update to 4.44? It is still downloading 4.43.6 via the client and saying it is already up to date.To use the "Play sounds when muted" option and still hear GTFO sounds, your "Master Volume" slider must be set to a value higher than 0%.GTFO can be set up with Weak Auras to provide visual alerts in addition to (or in lieu of) the audible alerts. This mod improves your situational awareness and is recommended for dungeon divers and raiders of all skill levels as even the most seasoned veteran sometimes needs a reminder to GTFO.
